We are a technology provider focused on B2B (Business-to-Business) productivity tools.
2. License and Authorized Use LS Enterprise Solutions Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the CRM tools available at latinasalud.org for your internal business operations. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to breach our security protocols, or use our automation features to distribute unsolicited communications (spam).
3. Account Responsibility To access the full suite of features at latinasalud.org, you must maintain an active user account. You are solely responsible for:
Providing accurate and current registration data.
Safeguarding your access credentials.
All activity performed under your workspace, including actions taken by your invited team members.
4. Data Management and Privacy The User remains the sole owner of all data (leads, contacts, and notes) uploaded to latinasalud.org. We act strictly as a service provider and data processor. While we implement high-level encryption to protect your records, you are responsible for ensuring that your data collection methods comply with regional privacy laws. LS Enterprise Solutions Group is not responsible for data loss caused by user-side security failures.
5. Subscription Billing and Cancellations Access to the premium tiers of latinasalud.org is provided via recurring subscription plans.
Automatic Renewal: All plans renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled through your account dashboard.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the CRM, payments are generally non-refundable unless a significant service failure occurs on our part.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with a 30-day notice period to all active subscribers.
6. Intellectual Property The “LatinaSalud” brand, the latinasalud.org domain, and all software architecture, custom algorithms, and UI designs are the intellectual property of LS Enterprise Solutions Group. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform without our express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability and Service Availability We aim for a 99.9% uptime for latinasalud.org; however, we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. LS Enterprise Solutions Group shall not be liable for any lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use our CRM software.
8. Termination of Service We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to latinasalud.org without prior notice if we detect a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or failure to settle outstanding subscription fees.
9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes relating to the use of latinasalud.org will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County.
